Brought to you in partnership with our very good friends at Monotype and the ISTD, the next series of our Letterform Live typography nights kicks off with an evening devoted to David Bowie and some very special speakers.
Hosted in partnership with our friends at Monotype and the ISTD, we're very excited to launch the next three in our series of Letterform Live, inspired by our popular Letterform column.
The next Letterform Livewill take place on Wednesday 27 April at the Protein Space, London EC2A and looks at two things very close to our hearts – typography and David Bowie. Speakers include Jonathan Barnbrook, Tom Hingston, Morag Myerscough and Julian Morey.
Each of our five speakers will zoom in on a single letterform, exploring both its visual form as well as the story behind it. Our speakers will be encouraged to share their letter's little-known secrets and reveal their personal relationship with the letter they’ve chosen.
We're sure it will be an evening to remember – tickets are £10+VAT per session and can be purchased here. And don't forget to save the date for the next two events, Brutal (on Wednesday 25 May) and Experimentation (on Wednesday 29 June).
