Clever clogs design, good materials and a pretty nifty idea — ByAlex's A Desk gets a gold star and makes us wonder why no one has though of this before: a fresh take on the architect’s tilting table with pen tray, that doubles as a conventional flat table you can use at home or in the studio.
ByAlex’s signature use of laminated birch plywood comes into its own with the table’s criss-cross of geometrical lines. It’s the most recent addition to a range that began in 2011 with the A Stool, it’s interlocking ‘A’s giant plywood-hewn letterforms from NORM’s Replica typeface.
