Did you know that someone with a highly developed fear of Friday the Thirteenth is described as a paraskevidekatriaphobic? Unfortunately there are no definite terms for those who hold the opposite attitude, a camp with which I would certainly align myself. With its connotations of bad tidings, the possibility of evil or wrongdoing in the air, this is one day in the calendar that is sure to appeal to the more ghoulish amongst us. However, I think that even the least superstitious will likely have a little bump of doubt when they learn that they have to take a flight or do something else important on this date.
