Letterpress aficionado Alan Kitching has just launched a series of workshops at his London studio, to coincide with the launch of his beautiful new book.
There's a great chance to brush up on your Letterpress skills with expert tuition from the man himself at the next series of letterpress workshops hosted by the great Alan Kitching. Held at his South London studio, the two-day workshops are aimed at designers with a strong interest in typography (this is not an course for absolute beginners). The workshops run in May, July and September and a selection of the work created will be considered for inclusion in the first of a new series of publications by The Typography Workshop.
If you can't make it along to the workshops, then you might like to treat yourself to Alan's new book A-Z of Letterpress, recently published by Laurence King Publishing. Beautifully designed by Alan in his workshop and produced in collaboration with Angus Hyland, it's a wonderfully indulgent showcase which will appeal to typophiles and letter lovers everywhere.
